This seminar will provide an overview on an integrated RPL program developed by an RE and an Reproductive Acupuncturist. We will cover the basic allopathic and chinese medical diagnostic measures and their respective treatments. We will specifically address the unique application of the BBT in the diagnosis of the underlying causes of RPL.

Bio:
Kirsten Hurder-Karchmer is a fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM) and is a board certified reproductive acupuncturist. Ms. Hurder-Karchmer is a highly qualified specialist in the treatment of infertility, gynecology and women’s health issues with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kirsten has served on the faculty of the nationally acclaimed Academy of Oriental Medicine as a clinical supervisor and lecturer, and she one of Central Texas’ foremost experts in the field of Reproductive Acupuncture.
Kirsten is a sought after lecturer and consultant to many other acupuncturist on the subject of infertility. She has appeared as an authority on acupuncture and IVF in numerous local and national news pieces including, USA Today, CNN, MSNBC, and Yahoo. Ms. Karchmer holds a Masters Degree in the science of Oriental Medicine, and has been Board Certified in Acupuncture and Clinical Herbal Medicine by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Her area of speciality is RPL and is currently writing a book on an integrative appoach to the treatment and management of RPL.
