This free Live Webinar begins at 6:30pm (California/Vancouver time) on Monday January 30, 2012.
------
There has been a lot of press since Oct 2011 about Co Q 10 and how it can be used to turn back the reproductive clock and improve both egg and sperm quality.
This free 30 minute webinar will discuss the current Co Q10 research and the mechanism in which it can improve egg quality. Brandon will list the different forms of "Co Q10" and how they are not all equal in absorption and bio availability and therefore dosage is based on the form you are taking.
The webinar will do its best to address:
*Optimal length of time to take Co Q10
*Different forms of Co Q10 and their ideal dosage based on their absorption
*If there is any literature when to stop (after IVF retrieval, preg test or no reason to stop)
*Any known side effects or risk of taking "high dosages" of Co Q10
Is Co q10 a magic bullet?
*What else can have a similar affect in optimizing fertility?
