This talk aims to teach a simple way to use the I Ching in treatment. The I Ching, or Book of Changes is famous as a classical works from the Confucian canon, but it has a wider history as a book of divination and inner wisdom. It can aid us in making judgments about planning treatment, as well as inform us about the humanistic philosophy of China which ties mankind and the cosmos into an organic whole. This introduction to the science of Change will give some pointers towards developing I Ching type thinking (Yin and Yang, and the Five elements), which will aid practitioners in planning and choosing points in treatment.
