Ethics in the Business of Healthcare by Marilyn Allen
Pacific Symposium Day One
Healthcare has changed in the United States. Acupuncture is no longer on the fringe. As alternative medicine becomes ever more mainstream, there are questions you should ask yourself as a practitioner: How do you achieve a functioning and profitable acupuncture practice in this environment? How do you go about finding new patients? How do you keep the established patients? What do you have to do to brand yourself? How visible are you in your the community? What is your story? How do you do all of this ethically, honestly, and within your budget? Attendees will gain the tools to integrate this information into their individual healthcare businesses. When you finish the session you will have the tools to help you find new patients, keep your established patients, present a report of findings to patients and/or their families, brand yourself, and tell your story that will touch others at the heart level. The healthcare industry is evolving in favor of Oriental medicine. This course will ensure that you know how to best position yourself to give optimal care.
