This presentation will teach students about the role of blood stasis in pathology relating to metabolic illness such as type 2 diabetes in which there is often hypertension, high cholesterol, insomnia and obesity. Sharon will discuss how it is that blood stasis and poor blood quality can account for many of the signs and symptoms of these illnesses. More importantly she will help viewers learn how to evaluate the quality of the blood and improve it. 2 case studies will be presented in which a treatment methodology focusing on blood quickly brought down the patients' insulin use and blood pressure readings while improving many other signs and symptoms.
